Well,
I look at the last post date, and even though we have done a few workouts since then, the date gap makes me sad. Schedule got crazy with family, travel, having the H1N1, family, and more travel, but here we are again, and itching to get going.
First workout since the break:
1×10 Warmup
1×5 Warmup
3 rounds of 2x Inside Stair trips and double-unders
15 min of Around-the-World with a 6kg medicine ball, using deep wallball shot form.
Feels great to be back!
